Star Plus show Dehleez will soon witness the most awaited event of Adarsh (Harshad Arora) confessing his love to lady love Swadheenta (Tridha Chaoudhary) as he cannot hold the same in his heart.

It is seen that Adarsh's wedding is fixed with Vanshika by Suhasini.

Adarsh loves Swadheenta but feels obliged to carry on with Vanshika due to Suhasini.

However, soon Adarsh will decide to make confession of his love to Swadheenta.

Swadheenta too loves Adarsh, however, is scared of Suhasini.

Adarsh and Swadheenta's meeting will be witnessed by Simmi and she will take a photo of Adarsh and Swadheenta.

Simmi will try to expose Adarsh and Swadheenta in front of Suhasini, but Swadheenta will cover up for Adarsh.

Swadheenta will inform Suhasini that Adarsh met her for work purpose.

Suhasini will get angry with Simmi.

However, Swadheenta will turn down Adarsh's love out of fear of Suhasini.
