Why target only actors then... Just cos they are popular... If actors don't do these ads, models will... If the issue is with a product, drag the company that makes those...

This is only regarding the false claims, I guess. Those exaggerated taglines and claims which are used to promote the product. It's still a proposal so we don't know what exactly falls in the 'false claims' category. The description itself is very vague.

It's only false claims. Fair and lovely/handsome doesn't make u fair But a clearer more even toned skin.. If u don't even get that,u shouldnt go out and buy those.

They do this step in UK and here all the time.for example aerial oxy stain remover is banned and out of market now coz ppl complained in beginning it was good later ir ruined some shirts. And this is only three or four complaints now product out

More than fairness cream arrest those who endorses pepsi,fanta etc, people wont die if they didnt drink this, there is a scarcity of water in many areas we cant survive by drinking this. I think they should hav banned this instead of po*n etc. And coming to other products dont use pantene if u r already using it tats alryt bt dont use it suddenly my aunt used it a year ago n now she had totally lost her hair,her hair is now only shoulder length!
