Shah Rukh Khan is a big name not just in the country, but internationally as well. Supposed to be one of the most popular actors in the world, SRK is a name well respected all across the globe. It came to light that even famous writer Paulo Coelho watches his movies. Now, we have another special foreign visitor who is also a fan of King Khan.
Lana Wachowski, the famous American director known mainly for The Matrix movie series, which she co-directed and Cloud Atlas, came to India recently for a trip. Being an huge fan of SRK, she could not pass up on the opportunity to meet the man. The Fan actor met both Lana and her sister Lilly Wachowski. Apparently, Lana was in India to shoot for the second season of her science fiction television series, Sense8. Since, she was in the country, she wished to finally meet Shah Rukh and her wish was finally fulfilled.
The American filmmaker has also watched nearly all of King Khan's movies till date. She was impressed even further on meeting him when she saw the huge collection of books he had. During the meeting, SRK and Lana discussed cinema in general. Could they be planning to work together? It is not a very far fetched idea since the concept of Indian actors doing Hollywood films since Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone's Hollywood entry is becoming common now.
Meanwhile Shah Rukh is gearing up for the release Fan that releases on April 15.

The "Dilwale" actor is also coming up with another interesting project during Eid. Shah Rukh will be seen in Rahul Dholakia's "Raees" and it may clash with Salman Khan's "Sultan." SRK has also signed Gauri Shinde's film alongside Alia Bhatt, but he is not the lead actor in the flick.

"It sounds it (story)is just about dwarf but it is much more than that. It is a much taller film. It is a very entertaining and interesting love story. I will be fool if I have Shah Rukh Khan in my film and have no romance and songs," Aanand told the Press Trust of India.
