Who are sources and friends?

Whenever we read an article there is always some sources or friends saying something.I mean they are like 10 newspaper claiming 10 completely different things about the same topic.so how can we judge what is true or what is fake😲

Anyone with whom some celebrity has misbehaved once becomes a source. An ill treated staff member, annoyed neighbor, jealous friends and colleagues, ex romantic or sex partners, anyone from service industry, people with whom they meet in social occasions and sometimes their own PR.

that's my ques how can we get to know about who is saying the truth.like take eg. Of PC ex manager I mean what ever he spread about her I don't even think is true.😆
