i really cant believe this yaar i mean he looks so different diff in the sense like really gud he does has put in a lot of effort i really liked the next door boyish looks but i must say wat he has done is really commendable gud goin srk 😊

its possible but unlikey, he's 42 and its extemely difficult to put on muscle the older you get.

and i;m not saying steriods, theres are other ways, other supplements you can take to gain muscles like testosterone which natural exists in our bodies but we can take pills to increase the level of it. female body builders do that b/c its harder for them to put on muscle.
