They showed a glimpse from upcoming episode where Shesha and shivanya both are dressed in red bridal costumes almost identical except a few differences in jewellery
Both were having marigold varmala on their necks

shivanya is marrying for love while Shesha is marrying for revenge But thankfully Shivanya reaches at the right time

Yamini shouts at shivanya that she was quietly on a killing spree while staying here in disguise she killed Shailesh. Suri and Tanvi , and bitten Viren. But yamini could finish off this naaginin few mins claims Yamini angrily.
