The Magical Naagmani

If its true that if a Human n Naagin does pooja together to mahadev with naagmani they will become immortal n get magical powers, then why on earth is Yamini n co trying to sell it when they are already rich?. In addition, the naagmani is shown under the control of naagraj then why on earth is it told its away from naaglok? Shivanya n team does not hav any idea about interacting with naagraj but sangram Singh is easily doing it.Finally will they show that sangram Singh is naag or is immortal coz its shown he is making offering to mahadev with shivanya mother n naagmani. But with all the powers of naagmani n being raja sangram Singh couldn't stop Yamini n co.So what's the use of its powers?

Sangram Singh doesnt want the powers of Naagmani. he is just protecting it from falling into bad hands.
