The episode starts with Swadheenta saying that it's a murder case. Singhvi laughs at her and says that she is talking all this out of shock. He says you forgot this is a land case & these are mutation documents. Swadheenta smiles & keeps herself cool. She starts that she didn't know that why mutation documents are called Inteqaal. She adds that she got to know that the man who sells land is equal to dead, but if farmers did not sell land and their land gets snatched, then whats its called, its called a murder. So, it's a murder case. Swadheenta goes to Prakash & says, Ahuja is trying to murder them but she can't see this happeing. She will evevn fight with them for the land if she needs as lawyer and clint both can't get weak at the same time.
Mr. Singhvi objected saying that Swadheenta is saying useless things. Judge asks Mr. Singhvi that despite being an senior lawyer, he is feeling these r useless talk? Judge says Singhvi to sit down & Swadheenta to proceed. She says Prakash to go & ask for the permission to call Ahuja in witness box. Singhvi objects & Judge overrules his objection.
She says whatever happened in court, She did not know what you did that my client took case back. Ahuja asks why she was doubting him, he didn't doo all this. He says it was morning time, they came to request him. She says it means they said they will take case back and he didn't do anything, you would have given them some bribe. Ahuja says why will he, they stopped his car. He adds he even asked them to ask madam first. She says directly "you are lying." He says if He knew she will ask him this question in court, He would have made video tape and got for her. She says "its same thing, you record or I. I'll show." Ahuja got scared. She asks for permission to play a video.
The video starts which shows how Ahuja & Singhvi provoked the farmers to put all blame on Swadheenta. Ahuja says he will give them some money only if they accept his condition. Prakash and others agreed. The video ended. Singhvi & Ahuja's face become colorless. Ahuja was sweating & Swadheenta asks him to wipe off his sweat. She tells the judge that Singhvi said a line sometime before, She will also say the same, where will this case heed more now. Singhvi says this is a fake tape, its made well in an editing room, He was there with Ahuja, this did not happen, He strongly challenged the tape. Singhvi says its a land case, you did not present any proof that this land belongs to these farmers. She thanks Singhvi saying "you are helping a lot today."
She gives the fertility report of Prakash's lands. She says it's an agricultural land, its in this state as rains did not happen since two years. Ahuja captured it and proved its non agricultural land to make building on it. She recalls taking soil samples and sending it for tests. She asks Judge to check Naveen Ahuja's name marked with red ink on third page of a report and shows more reports, where Prakash's name was removed and Ahuja's name was written. She says that it's written very neatly but the ink is different. Singhvi says its lie. She says court will decide that these documents presented before judge are fake or true. She shouts saying this land belongs to Prakash Yadav, not Naveen Ahuja & Singhvi fumes.
Judge says forgery of mutation documents is big crime, if this is true then, Ahuja and all govt. officers related to this will face enquiry. He announces a committees consist of 3 retired judges to investigate and submit their enquiry reports in six months till then Ahuja construction is stopped for any construction on that land, else there will be strict proceedings done on Ahuja. The farmers clap for Swadheenta. Court is adjourned.
Swadheenta gives a form to Singhvi ask him to fill that and leaves. Singhvi sees it's an application form of Singhvi in law college. He gets angry. Swadheenta comes out smiling and reporters come to her. They ask how did she feel by making a big lawyer like Singhvi lose. Where as, some reporters ask Singhvi about losing the case and Singhvi says it's just stay order, he did not lose case. The reporters want to ask something more but Singhvi leaves. Here, Swadheenta gives her statement in positive saying that truth will come out one day whether after 6 months or 6 years. She leaves and come to the farmers.
Prakash thanks her and asks how did she made that video. Swadheenta asks Ratna smilingly to say how they made that video. The farmers ask Ratna did she help lawyer. Ratna smiles and nods. Swadheenta says she called Ratna at night and says her to keep her updated when they will meet Ahuja. Prakash says we did not even come to know that she were with them. Swadheenta says Ratna and She had cameras in their Mangalsutra & jacket respectably. They recorded everything. Prakash says she took such big risk for them. Swadheenta says there is risk in every work.
On the other side, Zubeda informs Swadheenta's mam that Swadheenta won and says her to see the news channel.
Outside of court, Ahuja tells Swadheenta that she can get happy as much as she wants but this happiness will last long for 6 months only as he will win the case after 6 months. Ahuja tries to threatened her saying that he will get the reports changed. She taunts him about his plans and Singhvi. She teases she can record his talks and the consequences must be known to Ahuja. Ahuja stopped & She leaves. He says she does not know whom she is opposing and calls someone asking to keep an eye on Swadheenta.
She thanks God and says about Mamu's lines. She asks God to get a good job so that she can assist big lawyer and then fight cases. She goes to her scooty and sees a gift with open me tag. Adarsh scares her and she falls in his arms. (BGM: Jiya re) They have an eyelock. She gets away and asks if he was mad. She says she could have heart attack. She says him "Paityam". Adarsh asks her to say it again as it looks good to hear from her. She says again & he smiles. Adarsh says this gift is for her. She says thanks but she can't accept. He says "you would say you can't take as you are arrogant and.." She says you called me arrogant. He says He said many things, but she just heard this. He says her to open this. She opens & smiles seeing the keep winning badge. She thanks him. He says her welcome. He tries to ask her coffee saying "Co..Cof...". She asks whether he wants to come for coffee or not. He says yes and excitedly sits on her scooty. She says him to go by his car. He says sorry & ok. He follows her in his car and smiles seeing her driving ahead on her scooty. He was seeing her but suddenly observes a car following since long. He suspects.
Precap: Suhasini calls Swadheenta while Swadheenta was with Adarsh in coffee shop. Suhasini says that she liked her arguments a lot. Swadheenta thanks her. Suhasini asks how she's celebrating. Swadheenta says she has just come for coffee with a friend. Adarsh smiles & says "me, friend". Suhasini says she never asks anyone in her career of 25 years to assist her but asking Swadheenta if she will like to assist her. Swadheenta gets overjoyed listening this.
