Abhishek-Aishwarya replace Salman-Kareena

Sanjay Leela Bhansali has casted Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan for the title roles in his forthcoming venture Bajirao Mastani. Moreover, Amitabh Bachchan is also going to essay an important character in the film.

The storyline of Bajirao Mastani is based on the true story of Bajirao, his wife Kashibai and his mistress Mastani.

Reportedly, even Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor had done a photo session for the role of Bajirao and Mastani respectively. The film will release in 2009.




looks like the bachchan's are all set to show their star power by acting together 🤢 am not very fond of ash but as per thsi article only salman and kareena are replaced kashibhai was orginally to be played by rani mukherjee if she accepts this offer it will be a movie to watch out for 😉 😉

hey i heard rani hasnt been chosen for the cast, im not of abishkhn n aishwarya. am only sure that salman khan is doing the leading role(bajirao) and in short list it is kareena kapoor, rani mukherjee and priyanka chopra.

hope sanjay keeps rani mukherjee when casting she is at her best when working with sanjay .in saawariya audiences and crtics have liked and appreciated her performance , even though the movie has got mixed review's

If this is true than SLB is just so damn heartless.I mean Bajirao mastani was announced with Salman n aishwarya and even recently salman told that he will shoot for Bajirao whenever SLB asks him to..!!!
and to give this project away to abhi-ash would be back-stabbing.
SLB should remember that he is what he is today only because of Salman.Salman did Khamoshi when SLB was a noboby and no one was willing to work with him and even after Khamoshi flopped Salman still did Hum Dil De Chuke...!

Why does Amitabh HAVE to act with Abhishek in whatever film he does??

Geez people,give the Bachchans a break!!....So what is Salman was initially pencilled to essay the role,can't directors ever change their mind??..

Anyways,IMHO,Abhishek is a far better actor than Salman,but unfortunately,Abhishek resembles a hooligan more these days...A thorough makeover and revamp is needed!!....Aishwarya shines ever so magnificently in Bhansali's films,and in all honesty,Ash's beauty still remains unparalleled ...Admittedly,there are few pretty girls like Katrina and Deepika,but they cannot hold a candle to Aishwarya ⭐️ ....

Bachchans are a formiddable team,and IMHO,SLB has made the right choice....

All the aforementioned hold true IF AND ONLY IF this rumour is indeed true!For all we know,it might be utter waffle concocted by the media,neither the Bachchans nor Bhansali have confirmed this!
