Color's longest-running show 'Balika Vadhu' might soon be going off-air.
According to a report in an online entertainment portal, the makers of 'Balika Vadhu' are planning to introduce a new show replacing the former. The new show is apparently in its initial stage of being shot.

'Balika Vadhu' was launched in 2008, around 8 years back with the launch of Colors. It gained immense popularity and made the viewers glue to it. The show also gave small-screen some really talented actors.
The new show, which might replace 'Balika Vadhu', is still being planned. Neither the plot line nor the name has been decided yet.

However, the report further stated that the producer of the show rubbished the rumours.
'Balika Vadhu' has seen brilliant performances since 2008. The show along with a family drama, also focused on social issues like adult education, adoption, widow remarriage and many others
