Yess, he's the only smart guy out there even though he was acting dumb in between coz he couldn't connect the dots but I dont blame him. Kaali had repeatedly insisted it isnt her voice so it was no reason for him to believe so

I actually thought once he met Gauri he would completely believe it but glad he didnt. He was in doubt throughout which was nice to see
