Will non star kids ever get a chance in bollywood in the next 20 years

All the upcoming superstars in bollywood are star kids.The current younger generation is either some filmy personalitie's son/daughter or nephew or cousin.

Looks like even the next generation of superstars are also going to be star kids with srk's kids, sridevi's kids, aamir's kids,hrithik's kids,akki's kids, kajol's kids entering bollywood.And I guess the list of star kids is going to be much longer.

So will non star kids ever get a chance to make it big in bollywood in the next 15-20 years or more than that ?

Its only gonna get worse. These days the kids r in limelight way too early and their parents fans already praying for their successes.

Why is everyone so concerned about outsiders joining the industry? Whats it to you? Are you trying to be their manager?

Just be concerned with good movies!

IMO starkids and nepotism will be defeated by technology soon. Earlier the problem was good actors and technicians getting the right platform and hence they would try to impress existing producers who are only interested in pushing their kids/people they know. But with YT, Netflx and ability to monetize digital content that will no longer be the case and we will see more and more digital superstars who can showcase their talent without thinking whether their work will ever be seen by anyone. Net penetration is also increasing in India and we too wont be forced to see talentless hacks.

Some of the biggest celebrities in India have been non-star kids: SRK, Akshay Kumar, Kangana, Aishwarya, Priyanka, Katrina, Deepika, etc Even Anushka, Vidya didnt have connections starting out.

So I think its very much possible for someone to shine through. Nothing can stop a star from becoming a star, we just need to give opportunities to the right people and go from there!

I don't think aamir kids will join industry,Salman is not even married. Might arbaaz/sohail sons join.about Aryan,he's still studying and young.all these kids should complete there studies first.
