I think the divorce couple arguing stirred up bad memories of his mother, thus Shravan jumped into the conversation & even caused Pushkar's client to face losses because he just wanted to get rid of that woman. That's what he always does. Runs away from problems instead of solving them. Shravan dislikes confrontation.
@bold : WORD. Shravan is not the typical arrogant male lead. He is a family man & he is very respectful as a person. He is just rude towards Sumo because she broke his heart & wasn't there when he needed her. And I love that about him. All the characters in this show are very realistic & positive so far.
