It's none other than nakku bai I guess I took it right the women who is always with Pavitra she might has done this because abba saheb would throw out Pavitra if she didn't give birth to about so I guess she thought that Shashwat has physical relationship with tulsi and took her son swapped with Pavitra girl this might had happen what are u r views on this guys

one point I missed here that nakku bai always make sure that Pavitra always fill Aryan ears against tulsi so that don't get carried away by his real mother this is the point to be noted
