Because Arjun isn't a crowd-puller and I'm not sure about Kareena anymore, this film will depend on content. If it's a good film, WOM will propel it to success. If it's not, it will die on the vine.

I highly doubt it. It seems that what made Fitoor a disaster was its high budget. Ka & Ki is already safe from that problem, or so I'm assuming. That still doesn't mean the movie will be a hit. The trailer seems to have gotten a mixed reaction. Reviews will determine some and then the rest will fall on word of mouth.
