Taking a break after wrapping up a show is now a creative necessity for most actors. In (not so) surprising turn of events, some prime time TV heartthrobs have used their break, to invest in complete makeovers'. Many actors have taken up intensive diets and adopted rigorous workout sessions to fit into their screen roles, while others have sported new hairstyles and wardrobes, speaking a new dialect as a mint-fresh extension of themselves in their newest ventures. Here's taking a look at these dudes...
1. Pearl V Puri
He was the teenage dil ki dhadkan, rock star Abeer in his last outing, Phir Bhi Na Maane... Badtameez Dil. And now Pearl plays the down-to-earth maa ka agyakari beta, small town guy, Sattu of Meri Sasu Maa. It is a makeover in totality for Pearl in terms of character, dialect, wardrobe and even body language. He is seen wearing dhoti and kurta in this new avatar, whereas in his previous stint, he sported designer wear, be it shirts, T-shirts, blazers or accessories. From a SoBo guy to a small town boy " it indeed is a major reel drift!
