I have read Hindu religious book a little.
There is no material love between Shiva and Parvati or Sati.
Hindu scripture says Shiva is Gunatita.Means free from earthly desires like Lust, love etc.
Gita says we are atmaa.Atma has no gender.Shiva knows his true self that is free from gender.
In Bhagvat it is mentioned that how one male took birth of female in next birth. cause gender lies only in body but we are not body etc
Nainum Chindanti Sasstrani,Nainum Dahati pavaka...
Hindu scripture says there is higher happiness more than earthly lust between male and female
When you get enlightment you know your true self you can get Brahmananda.
So to say they fell in love like human beings is wrong. As earthly desire attached to human body.
Hindu scripture further says everyone is your true self.No one is separate from you.
Discussion can go long so I wont add further
Coming to the stories.
Sati took birth again as Parvati.
Did tapasya for years to please Siva.
Ask the boon to get him as his husband.
These stories of God is known as lila.Bhagvan ki lila.
These lila is useful for Duita Bhakti, cause mind need one support to reach formless.
Aduiota is very difficult.
Hinduisim believes in both formless and with form.
Duiata and aduita. It would end up in long discussion.

By the way we Hindus accept Buddha as Bhagvan Avatar.
Our sacred book Bhagvat says about Dus/10 Avatars of God.(Buddha is 9th Avatar,Kalki would take birth in future is 10th Avatar)

Seems like you are an ardent devotee of Lord Shiva or may be it's only the beginning and you are intrigued. Well whatever be the case, I would love to talk about lord Shiva. So bring it on. I will share what I have read or heard about Shiv ji from elders.

what I heard from someone was that Brahma ji wanted to create the this world but to continue the cycle of birth and death he needed one male and one female. Shivji being ardhanareshwar, was half men and half women. So Brahmaji requested Shivji to separate that naari portion from himself in order to continue the cycle of life, birth and death. Shivji did what was requested and it is said that after the separation Lord Shiva grew restless. So Brahma ji ordered his son Daksha to impress the Maata by tap and ask her to be born as his daughter and that is how Sati was born to Daksha.
well whatever I mentioned above ^^ is based on some narration by an elder and what was shown in Devon ke Dev Mahadev. I have read Mahashivpuran but I don't remember reading exactly what I wrote above. 😕

Besides, Lord Shiva already knew about Sati's fate that is why he didn't want her to go into that yagya organised by his father. And to answer your question if Lord Shiva fell in love twice, I would say yes, but with the same women.

do you have any more doubts in your mind?? Bring it on girl.

I never knw this ardhanareshwar part ! thnks for posting
