question--what is da?

Hey everyone,

does anyone know what this is? i am reading hbp right now and after a gap of more than a year i have no idea about some stuff(i think my memory is gone lol...college will kill me one day!😆).

i dont have da books and i dont wanna go and find them and look, etc. i would really appreciate if some1 could remind me about this stuff. also what is the full form of O.W.L. and N.E.W.T.?

O.W.L. stands for Ordinary Wizarding Levels

N.E.W.T. stands for Nastily Exhausting Wizarding Tests

how did you guys like hbp... i have just reached the part where the hbp is introduced in the book of advanced potions. oh, i just love this book! 😛 i cant stop reading even though i have loads of hw to do... 😆

exactly when i started reading hbp i read it in 2 days ...lol..did nothing but read the books n finiseh it off ..felt very comfortable after that 😆

Yeah, you wouldn't want to stop once you start reading it, rite?? So interesting.. It took me three days, with my parents scolding me about reading too much.. 😆

it has been the same for the entire harry potter series -- once i start reading i cant stop! 😛 it used to be something like me reading the entire night coz i couldnt leave da book 😆 , but this time (got to be careful...i dont have holidays on!) i had midterms goin on last week, but as soon as i got home on friday i started reading and got over with it earlier today (sunday). and right now, i am staring at this huge pile of hw that i was supposed to complete over the weekend! hmm, but totally worth it...except the last part of the book!!!!!! it was soo sad... 😭 but, i am dying to read the 7th one...hope it comes out soon!

that is the same with me. my mum kept telling me to stop reading because my eyesight will get worse(i already wear glasses) but i think she likes me when im reading because im quiet (apart from wen im crying 😭 or laughing 😆 )
