'Okay everything is set... Are you ready for this...'' Said Mihir

'No... This could go either way...'' Said Raman

'Raman Sir, I think we have handled everything... Just waiting on the champagne...'' She said

'No... That stays in side until I know there is something to celebrate...'' Said Raman

'Alright... I will check on the kids then, see how they are doing...'' She said and walked out

'Alright, Here we go... Let the fun begin...'' Said Mihir

'Just for the record I hate being a part of this. I fear that woman I mean she is a bit crazy when she is pissed. So on that note I am leaving, because I want to go see my wife and also mainly because I also fear her so bye...'' Said Kushan as he walked out causing Mihir to chuckle

'I can't say I blame her. She is my boss so I know...'' Said Mihir

'I wonder what in God's name made her make you a spy...'' Said Raman

'I am not a spy, I am an employee of RUADISH...'' Said Mihir

'Right...'' Said Raman shaking his head

'Now come on, call. And you have to be as pissed as you can imagine...'' Said Mihir

'No... Wait, Ruhi first...'' Said Raman as they walked up stairs

'You're ready...'' Said Mihir

'Haan...'' Said Ruhi

'Alright let me dial your mother's line...'' Said Mihir as he dialed putting the phone on speaker

'Ring... Ring...'' Off it went

Ishita who was still teasing Mihika about her phone call watched her phone flash causing her to freeze

'What...'' Mihika asked

'Raman... Raman is calling me...'' Said Ishita

'So pick up...'' Said Mihir

'But why is he calling me...'' She said freaking out

'Will you just...'' Said Mihika picking it for her and placing it on her ear

'He... Hello...'' She Saud nervously

'Mama...'' A sweet little voice came through the phone

'Yes honey... Are you alright...'' She said

'No... I just had a nightmare and can't sleep...'' Said Ruhi

'Oh honey...'' Said Ishita

'Please come over...'' Said Ruhi

'I ca...'' Ishita began but Ruhi interrupted

'And Aditya is breathing funny...'' Said Ruhi her hand on her mouth as she tried not to laugh

'What... Where the hell is Raman'' Asked Ishita

'He is downstairs with Auntie...'' Said Ruhi

'Which Auntie...'' Asked Ishita

'The pretty one... Mom, please come over...'' Said Ruhi

'What the... Give the phone to your dad... Go down stairs and give him the phone...'' Said Ishita pissed and Ruhi looked at her dad

Raman grabbed the speaker putting his hand on it as he took a deep breath

'Ohhh Mom is angry...'' Whispered Aditya

'Shhsshh...'' Whispered Mihir to him and Aditya put his hand on his mouth

'What is it...'' I am not sure...'' Said Ishita

'Yeah...'' Said Raman after a while given he needed to get away from where the kids were

'What the hell Raman are you even taking care of my kids'' She said

'They are my kids as well so I do not appreciate you talking to me like I can't take care of my kids as well...'' Said Raman

'What crap, Aditya is wheezing mostly because his inhaler is still here...'' Said Ishita

'And that is my fault too of course...'' Said Raman

'No... Actually I should have checked'' Said Ishita

'No... No... You can blame that on me as well... After all it is my fault for everything'' Said Raman

'What are you talking about'' Said Ishita

'No... You told our kids I am the reason you are not here. I swear how you have managed to screw my life up I don't know and now you want my kids to hate me just like your family...'' Said Raman

'I didn't...'' She tried to talk but Raman wouldn't allow her

'Ishita please, I am not in the mood for anything. The kids are okay and I am doing an damn good job at that...So if you have no other business, stop calling me'' Said Raman

'I didn't even call...'' She said

'Whatever is there anything I can do for you...'' Said Raman

'Raman... Raman ...'' Ishita could hear someone call him

'Who is that...'' Said Ishita

'None of your business... Now is there anything else...'' Said Raman but Ishita who was in shock didn't say causing Raman to just hang up

'So did it work...'' Said Mihir

'I have no idea...'' Said Raman nervous

'Why do you seem nervous'' Said Mihir

'What if she doesn't come...'' Said Raman

'Jealousy is a very strong emotion Put that together with the worry for her kids, trust me, she will come...Am not saying she won't be pissed, but she will come for sure'' Said Mihir

Ishita who was still in shock couldn't believe her ears. Was Raman seriously with another woman? She looked at her sister who just waiting for Ishita to tell her about phone call

'What...'' Asked Mihika but Ishita just threw her phone on the bed and walked to her closet

'Ishu what are you doing...'' Mihika asked

'We are leaving...'' Said Ishita as she began going throw her clothes

'To where...'' Said Mihika as Ishita removed her T-shirt throwing it to the floor

'We are changing... Okay...'' Said Mihika as she walked to the rack and removed a purple dress for Ishita

'Here, now calm down and tell me what he said'' Said Mihika

'You know what...'' Said Ishita who was acting like she was crazy

'Here, put this on because you are coming too...'' Said Ishita as she handed Mihika a black dress

'Where are we going'' Said Mihika

'To Raman's of course... Put your hair down and wear those shoes, we leave in 10 minutes'' Said Ishita as she walked out of the closet back to her room

Mihika who knew arguing was going to be a waste of time just did as she was told. She also knew Mihir may have had a hand in whatever was going on and maybe, just maybe this turn of events was going to be a good one.

'Mihika... Let's go...'' Ishita shouted as she came out of Aditya's room with the inhaler

'Okay... Okay...'' Said Mihika and they both went down stairs

'What is going on...'' Asked Mr. Iyer who was in the living room

'I am not sure...'' Said Mihika

'Ishu... What is it...'' Said Mrs. Iyer

'I am looking for my car keys. I could have sworn I put them here...'' Said Ishita as she continued looking around

'Oh Shlok took it. He had taken his for servicing so he borrowed yours...'' Said Romi who was walking in from the kitchen

'Great you will take me... Let us go...'' Said Ishita

'Ishu,. Wha t is going on...'' Said Mrs. Iyer standing up as he stood in front of her

Ishita took a deep breath, trying s hard not to let her rage and in all honesty she didn't want her jealousy to make her something she may have regretted

'Dad, I love you and you mean more to me than most things in world. You know I would do anything or give up anything you ask of me but Raman, Raman is not going to be one of those things... If I am making a mistake, so be it, it he breaks my heart, I won't come back crying to your dad I promise. It will be on me...'' Said Ishita

'Ishu it is...'' Said Mr. Iyer

'I know you will try and talk me put of it and I am not letting you. So I am leaving and going to my husband and kids because it is where I belong...'' Said Ishita

'Has it occurred to you that he may not want this...'' Said Mrs. Iyer

'Ma...'' Said Mihika

'No it is okay Mihika...'' Said Ishita as she turned to her mom

'If that is the case then so be it. At least you and dad will be happy...'' She said

'Don't talk to your mother like that she has nothing to do with this...'' Said Mr. Iye

'Is that so...'' Said Ishita scoffing

'She has been spending an awful lot time with my kids and now they somehow have it in their heads that whatever is happening between their father and I is their father's fault. Imagine my surprise when Raman told me'' Said Ishita

'Did I occur o you that he may have been lying'' Said Mr. Iyer

'He has no reason to...'' Said Mihika

'Uhhh that may have been my fault...'' Said Romi who knew his father needed some rescuing

'I told then the reason you were not with them was because you had done something bad but refused to apologize to Raman and because of that Raman won't forgive you and that is why you are not with them...'' He added

'Am sorry you what...'' Said Ishita pissed

'How the hell gave you the right to do that...'' she added

'Listen I thought it would help...'' Said Romi

'How... How was lying to my kids supposed to help in anyway? They are just 6 years old did that occur to any of you...'' She said angry and rightly so

'Ishu...'' Said her father

'What is the matter with you people...'' Said Ishita disappointed

'Listen we were just trying to help...'' Said Romi who was beginning to feel bad

'You know what, just shut up... Mihika let us go...'' Said Ishita

'Where are you going...'' Said Mrs. Iyer

'I am going over to my husband's place because I haven't really seen him in weeks and I miss him and also to check on my scared daughter and my son who may or may not be feeling so good right now. But before I do that, I am taking my very lovely sister to her boyfriend, Mihir Bhalla. She wants to spend some time with him and I think it is warranted given I just spoilt her evening with my stupidity. So if that is okay with you excuse me we are getting late...'' Said Ishita

'Ishita you cannot just walk to that man's house. You are divorcing him...'' Said Mr. Iyer

'I am...'' Yelled Ishita taking a deep breath

'I did not ask for your opinion dad. Whom so ever I choose to marry or divorce or be with is my prerogative, not yours'' She added looking straight at her father, no flinching, no wincing before she walked out

Mihika and Romi stayed standing in the same place because in all their lives neither of them had ever talked to Mr. Iyer like that. Mihika didn't know what to even do because she was scared of what her father might have done but he just stayed standing there his one hand in his pocket and just looked at Ishita

'Mihika out now...'' Shouted Ishita as she walked to the door

'On... On my way ...'' Stammered Mihika as she looked at her dad

'I am so sorry...'' She said before she walked out

'Romi, are you waiting for a bell...'' Ishita shouted again

Romi looked at his father not moving a muscle. He was waiting for his father's go ahead because if Mr. Iyer said no, there was no way in hell he was driving them anywhere

'Dad, your call...'' He said but Mr. Iyer turned to Romi and smiled saying

'Drive safely...''

'Are you sure...'' Romi said

'Yes...'' Said Mr. Iyer and Romi turned to his hills

He watched his children leave and he smiled thanking God that this didn't take more time that it needed to. He felt his wife take his hand and he turned and looked at her

'So now what...'' Said Mrs. Iyer

'Now we wait... By this time end of weekend Raman will be in my living room asking for her had. If that doesn't happen, then they didn't fight enough for each other'' Said Mr. Iyer

Mihika sat in the back with Ishita in the passenger's seat as Romi drove them.

'Oh My God...'' Said Mihika

'What...'' Said Romi

'Dear God did you see Ishu in their... I have to say welcome to the dark side... I could have sworn dad was about to gouge your eyes out...'' Said Mihika

'Yeah me too... Kudos on you for growing a pair...'' Said Romi

'Are you kidding? I was holding my breath the entire time as I walked out and you wouldn't get out'' Said Ishita

'Oh am sorry... Forgive me for not having the guts to go all medieval on dad. He was unbelievably calm and that scared me...'' Said Mihika

'Yeah... It was sort of strange...'' Said Ishita

'Well at least now you know what you want. The question still remains, does Raman still want the same...'' Said Romi and Ishita looked out the window saying

'I honestly do not know...''

'Alright Romi gave me a heads up, they are in their way...'' Said Mihir

'Alright... Alright...'' Said Raman nervous

'Wow you are really nervous... Stop freaking out. It is not like she is going to say No...'' Said Mihir

'Clearly you do not know her as well as you think...'' Said Raman

He was dressed beautifully in black jeans with a checked shirt and leather jacket. His kids were also dressed and ready to go as soon as Mihika and Romi showed up. Romi had a bleak idea of what was going on but Mihika was completely green and she would find out from Mihir once she got their

'Alright that is it. Everything is set...'' She said

'Thank you so much... I really appreciate it...'' Said Raman

'Any time, Simmi is like a sister to me so anything for her...'' She said

'By the way forgive me for being forward but are you single...'' Said Mihir

'You have a girlfriend, you shouldn't ask such questions...'' Said Raman

'It is not for me... ' Said Mihir turning to the lady as he added

'My friend Romi, for whatever reason you remind me of him. I swear you two could really get along'' Said Mihir

'Uhhh... Thank you but I am not looking for anything right now...'' she said

'Ohh I get it... Fair enough'' Said Mihir

They could hear a car come into the drive way causing Mihir to turn to Raman and say

'They are here...''

I can see that...'' Said Raman

'And that is my cue, I gotta go...'' She said

'Again thank you so much. I really appreciated your help on such short notice'' Said Raman

'My pleasure...'' She said and they walked down

Ishita and Romi made their way into the house while Mihika stayed behind taking a call. Given the door was already open Ishita just opened the door a bit wide and walked into the house with Romi as Raman and the lady walked down stairs

'You know you look like your sister...'' Said Raman

'Oh please, she has a big head...'' She said causing Raman to laugh

'Wha... I can't believe you said that'' Said Raman

'Well it true...'' She said

'Well then how do you know it is not genetic...'' Said Raman laughing causing her to stand in the middle of the steps with an o-shaped expression and Ishita was seeing all this

'Raman... Stop it...'' She said as she came down stairs with Raman not so far behind who was cracking up

Come on, just a little bit...'' Said Raman with a smile on his face

'We have guests... Behave...'' She said as she walked to the living room where Ishita and Romi were waiting

'Who are you?'' Said Ishita rudely

'Uhhh...'' She said

'Don't answer that... this is my house Ishita and I can host whomever I want...'' Said Raman

'Hey am Romi...'' Said Romi who couldn't stop staring at her

'What are you doing here anyway'' asked Raman

'Ruhi called me, she said she couldn't sleep and Aditya left his inhaler'' Said Ishita looking at the woman and Raman could tell she was dying with jealousy

'Uhhh I think I will talk to you later...'' She said

'Sure, I will call you...'' Said Raman as he turned placing a soft kiss on her cheek before he put his hand around her holding her tight

Sure...'' She said and walked out and it didn't need a genius to see, Ishita wanted to blow up

'Hold up...'' Said Ishita to the woman

Come back...'' Said Ishita and the lady respectfully took a few steps back walking back in

'I asked a question and I expect an answer...'' Said Ishita

'My name is Pallavi...'' She said

'And what the hell are you doing here...'' Said Ishita

'Well...'' Said Pallavi

'She is my friend and I invited her over. You have no right to question my guests in my house.'' Said Raman

'Oh you mean my house... Until those doted pages are signed, this is very much still my house...'' Said Ishita

Mihika who was out taking a call walked back in seeing Ishita pissed while Pallavi stood next to Raman

'Hey you...'' Said Mihika

'Hey...'' Said Pallavi

'You know her...'' Said Ishita and Mihika who could see Mihir peeping upstairs realized that there was something at play

'No... But apparently she knows who I am...'' Said Mihika looking at Mihir who was giving her a thumbs up

'Mihir... He talks so much about you...'' Said Pallavi

'Oh does he now...'' Said Mihika smiling as she looked at Mihir

'Oh God your useless to me. Just go...'' Said Ishita as she turned to Raman and Mihika walked away

'Pallavi huh...'' Said Romi who was beginning to stare

'And you are Romi...'' She said looking at him as she smiled

'Pallavi... Thank you so much and I will call you...'' Said Raman

Oh you're leaving...'' Said Romi

'Yeah...'' Said Pallavi

Great I can give you a lift...'' Said Romi

'You will do no such thing'' Said Ishita irritated

My Car, my choice...'' Said Romi

'So...'' HE added looking at Pallavi

'It is okay, I will get a taxi'' She said but Romi couldn't stop staring

'Gosh you really are beautiful...'' He said much to Ishita's and Raman's surprise

Pallavi looked at him frowned a bit and just smiled shaking her head surprised at how forward all these Iyers were

'I am sorry... I didn't mean to say that out loud and I got carried away'' He said completely smitten

Now Raman would have said some senile comment about Romi trying to hit on his guests but even he could tell, this was different and so he just stayed out of fit

'It is fine... I will still a cab...'' She said

'Listen it is just harmless ride, I promise...'' Said Romi

'I didn't say it was harmful I just...'' She said

'Come on, I promise I won't bore you anymore with my blabbering. ' He said and she looked at him

'I assure...'' He said and she interrupted

'You just began blabbering. You said you wouldn't...'' She said and he chuckled

'Last time...'' He said smiling

'What the hell is happening'' Said Ishita confused

'Fine... 'Said Pallavi as looked at Ishita

'Raman, I get it...'' She added turning and looking at Raman as she winked before she walked out with Romi

'What the hell was that? I saw that...'' Ishita said

'Oh God Ishu, just stop... Seriously this doesn't suit you...'' Said Raman as she turned walking away

'Where the hell...'' She said following him

'Hold on... Are you going somewhere...'' She added

'I was until your brother screwed over my plans. Pallavi was taking me to a party'' He lied

'What party...'' Said Ishita

'What am not allowed to go out again'' Said Raman walking to the kitchen

'You are allowed whatever but how about the kids...'' Said Ishita as she followed him

'They are fine... You really think I would care for them? You really think I am a horrible father don't you'' He said

'I never said that...'' Said Ishita

Then what is your problem. I am allowed to go out, date have fun if I want. We are getting divorced in fact I can go as far as saying we are separated... Nowhere does it say I am supposed to stay faithful...'' He said taking a glass of water

'What is going on Raman? Are you seeing someone else'' She asked nervous of the answer

Back upstairs, Mihika and Mihir was in a world of their own and could care less what was going on downstairs. She walked up to him as she put her hands around him and pulled him in placing her lips on his. Mihir kissed her back before he chuckled as he pulled back

'What...'' She asked and he turned her around

Law and behold there were two little eyes looking at them shocked to their wits at what they were seeing. Ruhi whose jaw was almost to the ground said

'Are you two going to be mummy and daddy...''

'Wha... What...'' Said Mihika looking at Mihir who was just enjoying it

'Why would you ask that honey...'' Said Mihika

'Is Mihir our new uncle...'' Asked Aditya innocently

'Who the hell says these things to you...'' Said Mihika a bit amused

'Romi uncle...'' Said Ruhi

'I swear he is a bad influence on you kids. He has total disregard for your age...'' Said Mihika

'I doubt it... I think it has something to do with these two kids being the most inquisitive 6 year old I have ever met. They make you say things you don't wanna...'' Said Romi as he sat down pulling Ruhi to his hold and she giggled

'Mom says it is a gift...'' Said Aditya

'Anyway, what is Sarika's sister doing here...'' Said Mihika

'Oh Pallavi, she is a party planner and we needed someone who is amazing on short notice'' Said Mihir

'Why... Are you planning a party ...'' Said Mihika

'Sort of... Come here...'' Said Mihir taking her hand as he led her to the window

'Look down their...'' He added

'Oh My God...'' Said Mihika

'Yeah... Turns out my brother is a hope less romantic...'' Said Mihir

'Beautiful Na...'' Said Ruhi

'Yeah... Wow...'' Said Mihika awe

'Your amazed now, wait when I do mine...'' Said Mihir and Mihika turned smiling her face flushed as she looked at Mihir

'Mihika Mama, why is your nose turning red...'' Said Ruhi causing Mihika to touch her nose as she said

'No it is not, what nonsense... With a funny expression on her face causing Mihir Aditya and Ruhi to begin laughing

'Mihir Uncle told me to say that...'' Said Ruhi

'What nonsense...'' Said Mihika as she began to laugh as well

'Not cool Mihir, Teaching the kids to tease me is not cool...'' She added

'Am sorry...'' He said as he pulled he I n hugging her

'Uncle we need to go... Am sure dad is in the kitchen now...'' Said Aditya

'Yeah we are getting late any way...'' Said Mihir

'I will go check...'' Said Aditya running down stairs

Me too...'' Said Ruhi and she followed suit

'Careful, she mustn't see you...'' Said Mihir turning to Mihika as he said

'Now, where is that amazing welcome I was going to get...' Leaning in as he pulled her in and he placed his lips on hers

The kids took a minute or two before they ran back in causing Mihika and Mihir to pull away from each other.

'All clear, let us go...'' Said Aditya pulling Mihir as they snuck throw the living room and out they went

'Okay I need to know hat the hell is going on...'' Said Mihika as she sat in the passenger's seat after strapping in Ruhi and Aditya

'Well, Raman wash having reservation and Abhi came here and he said some stuff and then as you know Raman becomes all inquisitive and so we called Kushan and after convincing, he had a very funny tale about these so called divorce proceedings. I have to say you father, wow...'' Said Mihir

'Meaning...'' Said Mihika confused and the story began as Mihir drove off giving Raman privacy because assuming this went south, he didn't want his kids witnessing that so he asked Mihir to have them for the night

Omg epic updates! I seriously cannot wait for their heart-to-heart! Since you shared the jealousy teaser, I couldn't wait for this scene!

Ishita & Raman made this mess equally and now they need to really put everything out in the open to re-start an equal relationship between the two, where both can rely on each other & give the other their due trust
