Prologue

"Kahna, the most devastating thing that could happen ... has happened ...what am I supposed to do ...my life is done ...this is it, my life is done ... " she sobbed ... tears poured at every word she whispered "I know I did wrong ... I was blind ...blinded by the love I wish I had ...and now" sobbing she runs to the bathroom, pulls out another pregnancy kit for the 10th time...follows the instructions ... Two pink lines ... she slumps to the floor ... "maasa, my dad is here, I'm hungry ...can I go out with him breakfast?" her son's voice ...the bathroom door flung open ...Salim rushed in followed by Jalal "maasa?" closing her eyes takes a deep breath "maasa" little hands touched her forehead "maasa" Jo opens her eyes and looks into caring innocent eyes, then lifts her gaze to find Jalal staring at the pregnancy kit on the bathroom counter ... she sighs, of all cosmic forces that controlled her life ... this was something she did not need ... One look at his face told her that all the wishing in the world wouldn't change the fact that he indeed was happy... The reality of the situation hit her like a brick wall ...after five years he walked back into her life ...awakening dormant emotions ...but she was a married woman ...another man's wife ...his brother's wife ... "everything is wrong with my life right now" she sobbed... Jalal sat next to her quietly sporting a satisfied smirk on his face 'I have no regrets what so ever" he whispered into ears ... then gets up .. "beta, first lets get your maasa comfortable back in bed ...then we can bring her some breakfast too"

Jodha Khan 25 yrs single mother now married to Adham khan (his second wife)

Jalal Mohammed 29 yrs --playboy billionaire Jo's ex ..father to Salim

Abdul 29 yrs Jalal's best friend

Adham 35 yrs Jalal's step brother ...

Javeeda 30yrs Adham's first wife

Salima 29 yrs Abdul's wife

Mirza 25 yrs Jodha's classmate

Moti 25 yrs Jodha's friend ..married to Bhagwan das

Bhagwan Das 29 yrs Jodha's brother
