Okay, so I know I posted this theory before, but now with more details, I can fix it up a little.
On the night Aniket was hit over the head and tied up by Taayi and the three stooges, Sakhi made her appearance to Taayi. Around the same time, Karthik went to the detached unit on his property to get Aniket.
While Karthik had the attention of the three stooges, Kishore and Raghu got Aniket out. Then Raghu took Aniket away while Kishore stayed to make his appearance.
Later, once everyone and everything had calmed down - i.e. Lata was okay and out of the bathtub, Survi was off the property, etc. - Aniket woke up and had everything explained to him by someone on Survi's team. He stayed off the radar for a day to make his disappearance more of an actual disappearance and let Taayi play her cards.
I do believe he accepted he couldn't marry Survi, and he won't play he typical a**hole brother who tries to steal the girl from the male lead. I honestly believe his love for his family comes before that, and he means what he said about protecting Karthik and Survi and their relationship. He knows he is still Survi's friend. And he loves Lata as well.
He's on their team now, and he may not be doing anything directly, he definitely has an advantage over Taayi that can come in handy in the future.
I'm just so glad that the male characters on this show don't fit the mold of the broody male lead who treats the girl like sh** because he can't get over his own issues and the evil male who thinks he's entitled to the girl for whatever reason.
Also, I can't be the only one excited to see Aniket and Survi as friends now, right? I can imagine them totally having each other's backs and being just generally awesome together. This is my new brotp. 😆
