Bahus of Hawelis are probably what people want to see while a story of a girl whose aim in life is to be like her teacher and finally becomes one and does what her teacherji was doing is what probably the writer wanted to tell in the setting of child marriages and problems that women in rural societies face so obviously some compromises have to be made some where just to stay in business.
And for this reason I laud the makers who are trying to tell the story that they wanted to tell in the setting they are placed in that is telling through the eyes of a bahu of a rich family.
They do go in circles at time but at least even after all these years they still stuck to the theme and content they started with.

The writer recently said in an interview that he was asked to write tracks with supernatural events in BV.Am glad he has not obliged them till now

Did they ever show how SN was built? Whose money is this?

Why it has been assumed that during Bhaili she has not managed to organize funds , There are many means for that.

if Shiv has contributed in Bhaili, I admire that.

But no where it is shown. neither it was shown that BHwasis gave her money to build SN.

During her school time in Jaitsar , they had a classroom which was not pakka.

Shiv ensured she gets Governments aids.

How it has been assumed everything came so easily just because BHwasis are wealthy?

They dont show BH wasis business . No one is running it so does that mean it has gone for a toss.

Many people are wealthy but how many have the heart to think for these kind of persons?

There is no story here.
Neither of a successful teacher nor of a successful career woman / social worker.
Neither of a successful wife, nor of a mother.
There is no story of choices, dreams or efforts.
No story that carves an independent identity of the central character nor a story of bahu who carries the legacy of her family.

It is simply a story of child who became bahu at the age of 8, then became a beti, then she again became a bahu and now she is back to being a beti / ex-wife.

There is no story, no message as far as the central character goes.

The only message is as long as you have supportive and wealthy family, you can afford to live like a lost sheep and someone will control you in the herd (life)..

----------

Apart from the central character, CVs have done an excellent job in carving all other the characters, their tracks and their timing in the show.

Jagya, Dsa and Anandi are the only characters who are in the show since Day 1. While its admirable to see the growth progress of DSa and Jagya, one wonders why Anandi was the only one who was left to remain dumb?

Nobody runs NGOs with personal funds. They raise funds from motivated public, corporate houses and even ordinary people. This is what I have learnt from some people who run NGOs or part of an NGO.and of course govt also sponsors certain specific projects.

Singhs have donated one room for Anandi's school.Later it became full fledged school with Govt aid solely because of Anandi's efforts and Shiv as collector accelerated her school project using his influence.

Shiv helped her setting up the NGO in Udaipur but that was the begining she did not know her way around Udaipur. He was the one who helped her find accomodation and land which costs the organisation less money. She was telling Shiv how they may not be able to afford the costs of hiring land for their Sunday bazar and Shiv told her that he would find out about lands which costs less money.

So it's obvious that she was raisning funds on her own and managing those funds while running Bhaili.
By the tiem she left Udaipur Bhaili was still standing upright after the way Anop tried to ruin it.They did not show any involvement from Shiv though Alok offered help just because he was angry with what Anop had done.

No family single handedly pours in money into non profit organisation which aims to do social service and no NGO can run on continuous supply of funds from a single rich family or two rich families for so many years.

If SN is running solely on the support of SInghs and Shekhars' money they must have to be filthy rich.
But what was shown of Shekhars was that all three Anop Alok and Shiv contributed towards the household expenses. So however rich they might be it is definitely not rich enough to give monetary support to Anandi's Bhaili otr social welfare activities.Neither Singhs are rich like the corporate giants who are running multimillion dollar businesses.

These wealthy families are part of her life due to her Bal vivah.

Bhago's abandoned daughter may have never got a chance to marry a well-defined, most desirable bachelor DC.

Her earlier school in jaitser and now SN, both came into existence because of the wealthy backing she received from both the families.

So true. Building and running any school or organization is not a joke. Without any fund or aid.

Anandi must have got little profit through Bhaili but can that amount bring all that she is running today?

Singhs are very rich. No doubt about that. I remember when Dadisa came to know about Suguna's pregnancy she took her to a hospital for abortion. She threatened the doctor not to leak this matter and said she is the one who gave around 10 lakhs as donation for that hospital. Singhs even built a multi specialty hospital for Jagya in name of DS husband. Look at all those celebrations dadisa organizes.

I think Daddu had all the family property including KB on his name. Anoop & Alok have their individual earnings through a job/business.

No family how ever filthy rich it might be cannot support an NGO for decades.
Don't think Singhs are rich enough to support a huge organisation like SN for decades.

From what we have seen Dsa helps with the work because she wants to make herself useful to the society and Jagya and Anandi seem to be working on some common projects probably because they both are in the same field of public service.
Anandi was shown going to meet the education minister/HRD minister to talk about funds for some project of hers.

Bhaili was set up with donations but that was aimed at economic empowerment so it was no profit no loss organisation where the women sold hand made products and made money. Anandi was doing business on their behalf getting the best deals from clients as well as suppliers.

So it cannot be said that Anandi doesn't know how to manage her personal finances either. If she can use her brains and abilities to help others make money how can it be assumed that she is not competent enough to manage her own finances?

Anandi believes in helping people and it is evident from the fact that she started bhaili and then SN. Money comes later on it's the intentions that's needed first of all and she has it, BH people may be rich but that wasn't the intention of Anandi and her parents when she built her relations with them. Dadisa may be rich and there is no need for her to do social work or help in SN but she does it because she has honourable intentions. If she wishes she can eat drink and merry with ten servants around her.
Anandi has been seen working hard with the women and helping them make creative things and she also helped sell them. She does go and meet organisations to support her funding for running her charities. I'm sure if she didn't have noble thoughts she could've easily owned a nice mansion for herself and had a smooth life. Why run behind upliftment of poor people and what's the need to help needy kids?
