This is a short clip from a documentary. In the scene, there seems to be a taxi driver arguing with his girlfriend or love interest who is possibly a prostitute. You can see it here:

It's a Bangladeshi movie I suppose, may be some Bengalis here can help you. Tried my best to identify lyrics to track down the song but couldnt!
