Dhani returns home without Viplav. The message is obvious , a resounding victory for Tripurari who without raising a finger, pumps his arch foe to such rage that a charged up Viplav abandons the ritual and leaves. Just by his unworthy presence Tripurari ensures Viplav is seen as the grandson of the high priest, who defiles the ritual , denounces the pleas of all present , shuns his love , ignores his own elders and stages a moody exit!
Viplav within himself was right , he told Dhani so, and he was sure deep down in the inner recess of his heart, she will understand , that he was not going to be a self- righteous hypocrite by being part of a worship where his father's murderer was present. With regards to Dhani ,he had a bee in his bonnet ! She wasn't assertive enough to kick that vile creature from her house.. Was it because she called him? what ever ! that's how it looked to him and probably to the rest of them present as well! Let her deal with the explanations ! She's sensible enough! Viplav must have concluded when he stormed off!
Dulari looks at her daughter , and tries to make best of a sorry state by suggesting that the puja continue. But for Dashrant Viplav 's absence matters and he clearly states, the worship will have to remain incomplete and both him and dadi exit. Before he left Dashrant glares at tripourari who glares back at him , it wasn't me that ruined the puja but your demented hot headed Viplav . Dhani glares at Tripurari ,his lies ,his shady ways , forced her vikal babu to leave and she confronts him ,she never asked him to come ,in fact she specifically asked Suvarna not to bring him! Suvarna turns up and he turns into a holy joe before his wife , was only trying to be helpful to her by delivering the stuff to dhani.. but seems these people cannot even accept his good deed..consider this place as his wife's maternal home.. so what if was going to be present for the worship? many times he has tendered his apologies he feigns regret. then decives his wife further by adding ,it was for her love he did the good deed! but whats the point his good deed is ignored! Tripurari, sways support for himself in front of Suvarna ,who clearly takes her husband's side by saying he should have been accepted ,as he came in good faith ,with no intention of disrupting the proceedings. Triprari has the artful skill of manipulating situations and people to suit himself. Suvarna will never know what he did ,she wasn't present here. So on the basis of what she saw or rather ,what her husband told her ,she shows grave disappointment with her Ashram family for misinterpreting her husband.
The simple widows grasp the purpose of the gathering, for worship, Dulari is dismayed ,pity it won't happen .But Dhani is resilient , and determined that the puja will be done! Dhani is directed by godly wisdom, that for the peace and tranquillity within the Ashram it is a dire need. It was thwarted by evil forces, from the likes of Tripurari, who was so foul in nature that he evil that he is! attacked the good soul of her vikal babu and through him stopped the worship of calm in their household..
Kanaks needs of indulgence ,avarice and gluttony knows no boundaries.. she sneaks a plate of a hearty tasty meal , denied to a widow into her room. Ravenously like a starved animal she secretly and hurriedly devours food. Clearly there is duplicity about her in every way.. Normal rich food eaten to the full in secret. But before all in the public eye, its the ordinary, spice less, dry, tasteless food, to gain her family's pity. Comic relief.. Dadi walks in and kanak is caught in the act , she denies, but her body tells the tale by a burp! As is common practice with the likes of tripurari and kanak.. She diverts attention , and heaps the blame on the opposing party. Kanak accuses dadi of thinking she pinches food from the scullery.. she would have liked Dashrant to see that how her mother in law picks on her ,put Dashrant passes by when dadi was being awful to her.But dasharant passes by when dadi tells , don't react ,of course she can eat whenever , Kanak then again creates a hue and cry that she would honour the austere requirements of widow hood, did Sushma think she couldn't rise to it? Dashrant great discerning eye sees through her guile and he spots the her half eaten plate of food tucked under her bed! Kanak continues to make a mockery of her husband's death by half mocking the real self- denial , severe practices of being a widow! Hiding food cooked for every one else under bed and telling blatant lies of leading a pious penitent life. Not once can she curb her filthy thoughts from spewing out from her mouth ..making snide remarks , she had to sacrifice her husband for making way for a widow to enter this house,she sobs to be seen as a tragic martyr! ...Dashrant watches from the doorway bemused and dismisses her off as an attention seeker! Who will shortly be taken to task!
At the Ashram Dulari is wary about the misunderstanding created against Dhani in Viplav , by Tripurari's simple act of service..but the voice of wisdom,Inderani points out the difference between a misunderstanding that just happens , and a misunderstanding that is created by deliberate effort. Boldly she points out that it appears that Tripurari is creating misconceptions!
Viplav off loads with Pankhaj as he , rattles on about why Dhani would call Tripurari to the puja? She told him she doesn't like Tripurari !next miniute she gets him released him from prison! Viplav admits , may be he misunderstood Dhani? then frustrated he expects an answer from his friend, will you just stand there or say something! Pankhaj tells him in no uncertain that his problem is that he sees everything from his point of view! Try to grasp why the other person is behaving the way they are! if bhabi is telling him she is in the clear. then why is he not taking her word for it?.. the penny seems to drop for Viplav...
Inderani shares,Tripurari is purposely creating doubts in Viplav's mind.just think there has been a spate of incidents.. who is behind them all?for e.g Dhani didn't get Tripurari released from prison..but Tripurari has planted the doubt in Viplav's mind that it's Dhani who got him out !and today Dhani asked Suvarna to get the stuff,but who brings the stuff Tripurari! because he wanted people to believe that Dhani called him! and the outcome was that Viplav left!
Outside as Pankhaj finds Viplav lost in thought , he opens another avenue for Viplav to consider.. that it might be possible that behind all this misunderstanding between him and bhabi ji, Tripurari may be one the who orchestrated it? .. he is a murderer ,no doubt about that.. but you need to think with cool head,and get this out of your head that vhabi ji is responsible for it because a small misunderstanding can cause a big rift between you two! so what ever you do , do it with a cool head! advises Viplav's friend Pankhaj.. Viplav has the good sense to share his misgivings with his friend Pankhaj, as listening to his friend helps him to objectively internalize where he went wrong.. it's becoming clear to him , that he lost his rag , and left in the heat of the moment.. the breakdown of the incident that his friend gives him makes sense to him..
Best wishes and great expectations..dashrant as the head of the Tirpathi household, phones Dhani and requests her to keep a special fast of fertility , for the birth of a child after marriage , so that his son Shambu is returned to him in the form of Viplav's son. The request is an endearing expectation from Dhani , as it confirms that Dashrant accepts Dhani as his daughter in law ..
Kanak over hears the conversation and blows a short fuse at the idea of Dhani becoming Viplav's wife. her mouth ,no surprises spews venom agan and she warns Dashrant , she will never allow Dhani to marry Viplav!.. She abuses her sons love and mocks and dishonours Dashrant too in one go as he screams.. By all means Viplav can have as many illegitimate sons with Dhani as he fancies.. Just like he as babu ji did! Dashrant yells at her and Viplav turns up and wants to know why his mother is being yelled at
Dashrant now metes out his punishment at his self- willed vixen of a daughter in law who mocked him. Judiciously he tells Viplav his mother wants to undertake a complete fast from food and water for two days . He was discouraging her ,but his mother insists she wants to do it[he says tongue in cheek ],and Viplav too says ,if it's for the peaceful soul of her father then let her! Kanak is irate at the cruel suggestion , but Dashrant felt this filly needs to be poked in the sides she goes wild easily!
Viplav all smiles, sparks and ship shape Bristol fashion! turns up for duty at the Ashram!!aaand reports to Dhani ,rather shame faced,doesn't know where to begin.. but cant help it when he sees that scumbag Tripurari.. he loses it! looks sorry..dhani worries, I get frightened may be , we are not meant to be together, see I am a widow and he tells her off don't say that! stop calling yourself a widow! remember we got engaged! you are my fiance! he grabs her hand . Draws strength from her and says ,look Dhani you are my strength! for heaven's sake you are my life! I can't even dream of a life without you. Got that !Ok tell me something what fast was dada ji talking about , she is hesitant , erhhh.. about having a son.. And Viplav goes , ummmh,and then with a naughty glint he turns to her, in that case you'll need to keep another fast !and she asks why?? and he looks into her face and replies , because I want a girl! Dhani stares into his face and then moves her face the other way and smiles shyly..and he goes , by the way.. it's in gods hands whether it's a boy or a girl! See, the thing is worship, fasting do not determine the gender of a child! He gives her jesting look and she sulks you don't believe in it fine! but I do! and I will keep it and when maha pandit asked her to keep the fast.. I felt so happy .. It felt good.. and as for you! Stop mocking rituals, and he replies he will all his life!and she hisses at him why don't you ever listen to me! he replies , do you ever listen to me? She looks a little alarmed.. he screws his eyes at her since the past few days have you listened to me? She goes, yes she has!Then he looks sideways to check if anyone is about..and Dhani giggles at whatever he hints at!
Kanak gets a suspicious phone call leaves the house , in a different car.. dashrant follows Kanak to some off the road track.. Kanak leads him through the woods suddenly his foot slips and dashrant falls in a ditch! is Kanak going to be successful in finishing off the right person this time..??
Good episode..Pankhaj ,Indrani scene was sensible. Dhani vilplav session was sweet..both smiles but Eisha smile in the end was a winner.. I wonder what Viplav wants her to do,when he whinges she never listens to him?.. all shy girls close your eyes... or look the other way.. it's a family show! ..hamlet53 22.1.16
