Swasan legally married till now!

Guys, Swasan is still married as per Indian law. The didn't sign the divorce before judge. After sending the divorce papers, the judge asks the reason of separation, give them time to work out the relation, then it happened. When did SwaSan do it? Well the can always marry for own and family satisfaction in traditional and grand way. But that doesn't mean they are legally divorced!

Indian law not applicable in SR.
SR law is papers signed divorce done.

U r right na...sanskar said na ki we r married bt still want to remarry with all our elders blessing.i think he also know that dey r still mrd thats why i wnt them to stay in mm.

i agree...swasan are still legally married...this was mention by sanskaar himself when he ask shekhar's permission to re-marry swara again...he mention that they are already married but want to re-marry again in front of the elders for their blessings and bring swara back to MM with dignity...
