If the baby turns out to be Romi's, then it is possible Romi and Mihika will get married Rohit ke liye. But to do that Romi has to first divorce Sarika.

So if Romi adopts Rohit, then may be Ishra will also lose surrogate baby. And for a change Ishita will be preggy. I know this is long shot. But let's c.

If Ishra get custody of Rohit, then Mimi might happen. This Romika thing is just to get Sarika out.
