May be Manoj has a back story. May be Rohit is Mrs. Chaddha and Manoj's son. If so, then it will create lot of drama ... Manoj may not want to hand over Rohit to Ishra. He may say if Ishra want their baby, then they have to give Rohit to him and Shaggy. This will again make Shaggy most significant character just like the CVs keep doing all the time.

Romi, Mihika, MIhir...they may not show anything for now...just three as friends .and make Sarika jealous...
