The info given in that video is correct. They got it from TOI. KP used to get 50-60k/day when he did Kasturi and that's 6 years ago. His initial contact with YHM was around 50-60k/day and now its around 1.25 lac/day. He gets about 10 lac/epi for Gumraah.
DT and Anita's figures are correct too. RSA gets around 20k/day and he's the lead earner in YHM after KP, DT and AH. Ruhi gets the same amount. Rest of the cast earns around 15k or less/day (depends on actors) and it's day to day basis. It means no work, no pay for the day for the supporting actors.

Rest of the cast is split since mihika has been in the tv industry for around 8 years, only aly must be one of the low earners since hes a debutant


Im sure neena kulkarni will not be working in yhm for 15k per day

Sorry to butt in but I'd read a news report that Abhay Deol's contact was 10 lac/episode for the same show. It seems plausible to me.

Yes. I've already explained the mechanism once. Ok, let me explain it differently. Gumrah is an one man show, the entire show depends on its host only. Had it been a show like JDJ or NB where there are other factors present, not the host only...the payment would have been less. KP perhaps received 3-4 lacs per epi for NB7. Its not a travel show either that it has to bear other expenses.
Karan Kundra, KVB both used to get 6 lac/epi. KP got the same amount for the first few months. Later his pay was raised.

I didn't include senior actors. Senior veteran actors like Neenaji, Abhayji etc have fixed contracts but again if we calculate their payment per day, it won't exceed 20k/day. But they do enjoy some other benefits that other supporting actors don't. They don't work day to day basis, "no work no pay for the day" policy doesn't apply on them, they can take leave more frequently etc.

Mihika has been in this industry for some years but she hadn't done anything substantial before. Aly used to get around 10k/day, not sure how much he gets now after KHTMD. The newcomers like Vivek, Darshan or Manoj are obv paid less. For supporting actors, pay per day is not a big issue...the issue is screen space. No screen space means no work, hence no pay for the day. That's why Pankaj Bhatia used to complain about the illusion of fake employment and sitting idle at home. Things have changed for them since YHM's started airing everyday.

And those are shocked, don't be. It's a 6 month finite series which is later turned into an almost year long show. And the pay slip for such shows varies from actor to actor. It did exceptionally well, so the star host was paid exorbitantly. If it didn't work, that very show might have ended in 3-4 months.

I believe the 7 day a week is beneficial for all the actors!
