well as you ask "what is Manu scared off?" why isn't she accepting Madhav and her marriage... why is she worried about families and badi Amma?? this is what you are asking na?
Manu for starters always dreamed of being a Devrakshika, she didn't know its meaning or responsibilities, she just knew she wanted to be one...and one fine day cupid struck its arrow and poked MadhVini's feeling out for each other... and long before cupid could sharpen its arrow to poke, Manu got scared for Madhav's life. when fear comes before love, it always takes center stage... its just for Madhav's sake that she is a Devrakshika as she thinks its the only way to protect him... she fears that if she accepts Madhav, she might not be able to save him... some things are easier said than done... 😉
Badi Amma drilled her very well that she exists only to serve her duty to Yuvraj by protecting him... and waise bhi sanskari bhartia nari is supposed to worry about family and status rather than accepting love..(no offense to the women, but its the phrase used by soaps😳😳)
She is a wife and a Devrakshika, we are in such a soup watching her dilemma, imagine her trying to do justice atleast to her duty... 😲
