Hey guys happy new year I know I m late but I was busy in my personal life.

Also sorry for not updating from so long, as requested by many of you guys I tried to write a TaaReylicious Update, but it didn't come out like I wanted it to be.

Think of it as my new year gift it, I hope you guys like it, if not don't hesitate to tell me.

One last thing I m not able reply all your comments because lack of time but I do read all and loved them.

Chapter 8

"Taani stop all this why are reacting like this" Taani scold herself what looks like thousand times in a week since the day she met Rey again she is ignoring him and when he distant himself from her it's hurting her badly she is not able to believe that how Rey could be so unaffected from her presence when she is trying her hardest to control her emotions.

"May be just like you Rey are also hiding his emotions" says her inner voice.

"No! That's not true I m sure he has moved on, that's why it doesn't matter to him if I talk to him or not." after saying this instantly sadness come over her. She doesn't want to think anything positive about their relation but can't bear negative thoughts also.

"What's wrong with you??????? You don't want him back in your life but you cannot see him moved on. What exactly you want????????"

"Why everything is so complicated, I just want to live my life peacefully nothing else, what is wrong in that." She asked herself.

"Taani are you okay????" Rey's voice reached her ears from other side of the door which brought her back from herself talk.

"What do you want????" Taani asked as she opened the door knowing very well she must be sounding rude but she can't help it she was very much disturbed from all the things happening in her life.

"I just wanted to know if you are alright because I heard you screaming." Rey had come to call her as they were leaving for club but when he was going to knock on her door he heard all her-self talk but didn't want to make it clear to her who knows what she make of it.

On the other hand Taani realize in frustration she was talking loudly but thank her stars that Rey didn't hear her talk.

"So???? This is my room I can do whatever I want to do it should not matter to you."

"But it does..." Taani look at Rey shocked at what he just said, he also look in her eyes those beautiful eyes which has the power to make him fight whole world those eyes which never failed to show him her true emotion, he was not disappointed this time also he saw all the things he wanted to see in them since he came London. But they held one more emotion that he failed to recognize before that was her fear.

Fear of again going through same pain, feeling guilty for what he did with her in past he broke his gaze away from her. Taani also looked away and cursed herself for losing herself control.

"What I mean to say is that my room is just beside yours so if you scream like this it will surely disturb me so it does matter to me." Rey said while mentally praised his own lying skills.

"You are so mean." Taani said shocked how so bluntly he said it when just a moment before she could see how genuine he was.

"Says the person who talks very rudely just a minute back," Rey replied back, he cannot help himself in a week this was the first time she is talking with him without any hesitation and if the only way to make her talk with him openly is to engage her in a fight than he is ready for that also.

"When I m frustrated with something I usually do become harsh or rude but clearly you won't understand it because you never try to understand my feelings." Taani said truthfully remembering the time of NDC when nobody has faith in her skills, all those college website comments made her frustrated and that comes out as her rude behavior, at that time she wanted him to understand her, support her but when all college was insulting her for being a non dancer, he was not there, he neglected her. Never understand her, his ignorance toward her feelings left a big scare on her innocent heart.

On the other side Rey was hurt, but control himself knowing somewhere she is right in past their relationship was all about him his likes/dislikes his friends his passion, he never tried to know about her but he thought she was happy being with him.

Taani was also feeling guilty for talking so rudely, she didn't intent to do, but don't know what happen to her. What should she do now, should she say sorry to him or let it be the way it is????????

Both were busy in their thought when Ayan's loud voice pulled them back to reality

"What are you both doing here, we are getting late."

"We were coming downstairs only before you came." Rey said not wanting to discuss about what just happen.

Rey was still thinking about Taani's heart piercing words this situation was messier than he thought she was more hurt, and no one but he himself was responsible for that.

"Rey are you okay????" Abhi asked him, whole drive to club there was tension between TaaRey which was clearly visible to everyone but none spoke about it.

"Yeah I m fine, why did you ask???" Rey asked avoiding the topic, which didn't go unnoticed by Abhi.

"tou apna chehra theek kr q k teri shakal saf saf btarahi hai k tere aur Taani k beech kuch tou hua hai and because of that you both are looking lost." He explained.

"If you are so sure that something happen between us, Won't you ask what happen????" Rey asked because if there was one of his old friends then he or she would pressured him until he tell them whole matter but here Abhi didn't asked him he only asked him if he is alright or not, when he has full right to know about it being Taani's brother.

"tujhe kya mai itna stupid dikhta hun?????? It is the matter between you two I m sure you guys are mature enough to handle." Abhi answered him. "I know I m her possessive brother and all, but I want you guys solve your problems alone, and if it doesn't work then I will think about stepping in between." He continued when saw Rey's expressions.

"You are different from Swayam, I m his best friend and my understanding with him is totally different but if there was other guy in Taani's life and he hurt her, Swayam would beat crap out of him." Rey said, he was remembering the time when Taani was in fake relationship with Shivam, and how Swayam threaten him. That feeling of seeing Shivam's petrified face was out of the world.

"well I was the same in fact when we were kids we would protect her and if someone would try to mess with her then me and Swayam will beat them." A small smile was there on his face when he was telling Rey about their childhood.

"Then what change your mind????" Rey was curious to know because according to him what he did with Taani he deserved more than beating as a punishment.

"We are not kids anymore, for me she is my baby sis, but I can't deny the fact she has grown up in a beautiful woman, it's her life she can take her own decisions good or bad doesn't matter they will teach her make her more confident more mature, I just can't get in between, you know sometimes I want to pressure her to tell me all her problems so that I can solve them and I know she won't hold back but then I will be invading her personal life, after some time my care will start suffocating her, then it will surely destroyed our relation." Abhi realize it long time back that he cannot be the solution of his sis's every problems sometimes we have to learn things on our own, he will always be there for Taani if she needed advice, guidance but what she want to do with her life it will be only her decision.

This again made Rey realize how wrong he was at his part when Taani revealed her future plans, he should have talk to her guide her, his support would made her strong like he wanted her to be, but there was a big IF only if he used his brain not Sharon's. Every time he tries to forget about his past deed but something happens he again regret what he did.

At night Taani was not feeling sleepy, she was remembering her rudeness towards Rey again and again, she went in balcony for some fresh air her room was suffocating her reminding her, her rude remarks about Their past.

"Aap yahan itni Raat ko?????" Taani asked Rey when she found him there.

"neend nahi aarahi thi." Rey answered just like Taani, Rey was also thinking about her words.

"mujhe bhi." Silence fell between them but after a long time it was not uncomfortable, they were happy with each other's presence.

"I m sorry." Both said at the same time. Then smile looking at each other

"I m sorry mujhe aap se aise baat nahi krni chahiye thi" Taani continued.

"It's okay ismai tumhari koi galti nahi. You were right I never tried to understand you." Rey replied he didn't like her saying sorry after knowing that, it was not her fault she was correct at her place, she deserves so much more than he ever give her.

"But I truly regret what I did, I was so stupid back then, but not anymore I m came here for you, and this time I won't give up so easily." Rey confessed, he didn't want to hide his feelings anymore his main reason to come here is to bring her back in his life and he wanted to make it clear to her.

"Yeh aap kya kheh rahe hain, meri sagai ho chuki hai mai apni life mai moved on kr chuki hun aap..." Taani was shocked

"Cut the crap Taani, I very well know the truth about your so called engagement."

"What do you mean???? Dekhiye Rey stop all this I have moved on in my life with Vishesh aur behter yehi hoga k aap bhi mujhe bhool jayen." Taani said while stuttering.

"oh really so where is your engagement ring??????"

"woh...woh"

"Don't you dare to lie, mujhe sab pata hai how you got engaged to Vishesh just to help him." than Rey tell her how he met Shereya Vishesh's fiance and all the things happen after that. Taani was too shocked to react.

"See Taani even our destiny want us to meet tabhi tou mujhe yeh opportunity mili. And I m not letting you go ever again. Tum khud mujhse kaho gi k tum mujhse pyaar krti ho." he come closer to her kiss her forehead and wish her good night then went to sleep feeling confident, all his depression went away replaced by hopes of a beautiful future with his Taani.

On the other hand Taani was still in daze she need time to process all the things, one thing she was sure she can't ignore him now.
