Yesterday itself I was talking in my post about divine relations. Unconditional love and today Sita with the classic example of life in Kailas explained what love can do.
Kailas the abode to Shankar and Gowri is the place where everyone who in other circumstances behave like enemies live together without fear.
The power of love between Shiva and Shakthi is so much that, they are able to nurture everything in their abode with love and care.
And how beautifully they showed the individuality of each person in Kailash. Shiva has Nandi. Shakthi has tiger, Ganesh has rat, Karthikeya has peacock and then Shiva wears vasuki as his neck ornament. So much diversity in the individuality whether in parents or in children, yet they are described as the most perfect family.
In a way what it shows that a place that allows diverse thoughts, diverse identities and allows individuals to thrive on their true self will be a peaceful and happy place. A place where you have the individuality, yet that doesnt disturb or intrude into the individuality of the other, a place where obedience is not demanded, but the actions invoke obedience, a place where there is no physical control, but the atmosphere makes to exercise mental control will always thrive with life.

Love is not about possessing someone, it is about letting go. Love is not above making yourself like other or making other like you, it is about accepting differences and respecting individuality. Love is the most positive force, which is often confused with lust or moh. Embrace love and you will see miracles happening in your life too

You spoke my heart ,even i was quoting the same
Truly love is about leting go free
Love doesn't ask what can u give me , it says what can I give u .
Its a pure feeling and no force can break the true bonds of love
Its hard to break but soft as a feather .
It was 3 years when i would google out differrnce between love and lust but could not satisfy myself ( ofcourse can't)
This was one feeling that I could not truly understand before I got to its true essence .Its true meaning as I started drawing on the ideas of epics .Today i coupd clear ot out to thousands and defend it to the core .
I could just conclude god is love and love is god
Nothing more

@radian actually the love story of Mahadev and Parvati shows the real difference between love and lust. Mahadev who burns the lord of love with his third eye for trying to entice him bows down in front of Parvati's hard tapasya and pure love to get him as her husband.

Yes Shruti, a family is like the human hand with its distinct fingers, each having its own identity, purpose in life and bound together by love. If this can be extended to embrace the whole world that would be our ideal paradise . Following the principle of live and let live, accepting and tolerating one another the way we are and being content with what we have etc etc..

Where obedience is not demanded, physical control is not exercised would be possible when we develop inner self discipline. Everyone must work towards changing his/herself because you cannot change an iota of the other person.

Thanks Shruti for coming up with different topics for discussion.

Very very true
Its the family only where we can show our true emotions
We could cry , we could laugh
We do not need to mould ourselves
Where we have to adjust , respect others
We try to list out big examples , but the real thing is just infront of our eyes we just forget to look at it .

Beautiful post from you Shruthi. Peaceful coexistence was what Sita was trying to explain to her sisters, which is in contrast to what asuras are trying to do. And when you demolish the others right to live through force, conflicts and wars happen, as it is about to happen in the peaceful world of the ashram

@Arshics the reason for the conflicts is superiority complex and wanting everyone to believe in one ideology which the perpetuators of crime term it as right.

Another meaningful post shruthi 👏
I loved the dialogues yesterday , be it btw sita & her sisters or janak with yagnavalkya 😳 It truly showcases the team who work hard to bring out the divinity of the story to screen 👏
