I'm trying to recollect but can't.. can someone tell me the episode date or some memorable incident that occurred that time when he said this to her?

Last Saturday

First he declared Giselle, Rishab and priya safe and then asked kishwer who would go from Mandana, Rochelle and suyash, kishwer replied dil pe patthar rakhte ke keh rahi hoo suyash would go and in return salman said patthar pe patthar kyu rakhte rahi ho.

Are you sure? I think it happened before last weekend, because last weekend also she taunted him saying "dekho, mera dil patthar ka nahi hai" when he joked that Suyash is eliminated. Even SRK was sitting inside the house at that time.
