My two cents:

MA: All I can do is 🤣 She suffers from psychotic multiple personality disorder(I don't know if this is the right term). This lady is always very happy to share Jalal's miserable moments, ready with her pep talk and croc tears(they did seem genuine this time) but she cannot stand to see Jalal happy in any way. When her interests clash with Jalal's then we see her true colors.
The Jalal- MA scene was very sad not only because the agony Jalal is going through at this moment but also because he is sharing it with the one person who never has been his khairkhwa in the true sense. This woman has time and again proven(even upto this point) that her only priority is her own position and getting her son up the sultanate ladder using Jalal.
The dialogue "Jeet chahe kisiki bhi ho, shikast toh hamari hi hogi" is very similar to what Bharmal had said to Jo before her wedding to Jalal. If she marries Jalal then a pitha looses and if she does not then a Raja.

Jo-Bakshi: BB deserved all the slaps HB gave her and more. I don't know why she keeps on talking about her mohabbat which seemed to fly out of the window in front of Jalal and she spilled the beans about her husband. And here she is giving pravachans about it to Jo. Like Jo, I too cannot understand this kind of "love".

Jo-Salima: Now here is one of the few people in Agra harem who is truly a good person. I don't know why but I feel even in history Jo and Salima might have been good friends.

Jo-Jalal: beautiful interaction. This powerful man who can get anything he wants feels that he cannot trust anyone after what his dear sister did except this woman who "hates" him. How sad and touching is that? For me this whole scene was really only that profound dialogue. This is the first step towards what will become one of the strongest relationships Jalal will ever have in his life. A relationship where he does not have to think whether the person has an ulterior motive, whether she wants anything from him or if she wishes well for him. He can just be. No facades needed.

Your description of the Jodha Akbar scene is full of vibrant energy and positivity. The perfect concoction of words, some highlighted in bold and appropriate emoticons.
