It happened on Diwali night, but nobody knows this yet, except of course Sallu, Sid and Alia.
The incident in question took place after a special screening of Sallu's festival release Prem Ratan Dhan Payo held at YRF Studios. Sid and Alia were among the guests and after the screening, they left immediately.
Salman also left around the same time and found himself right behind their car.
The Bajrangi Bhaijaan star asked his driver to follow the couple's car and just around Juhu, the young couple was overtaken.
Interestingly, both Sid and Alia thought it was some random stranger teasing them and gave him no bhaav. Even that famous vehicle number (2727) didn't catch their attention.
Once he reached Bandra's popular restaurant Mamagoto, Salman asked his driver to stop the car aside. And the moment Sid-Alia reached there, he rolled down the window and shouted, ""Kya kar rahe the tum dono?? Chalo, mere ghar chalo. Daant lagaani hai."
While Alia was visibly embarrassed, the only reply Sid could manage was, "Nahi, nahi, kuch nahi Salman Sir."
Making a sudden change in their initial plan -- whatever that was -- the couple went to Salman's home in Bandra's Galaxy Apartments.
And what lay in store for them there? A party! The usual khana-peena at Sallu's home.
The revelry between the three went on till 7 next morning!!
