It's hard to tell how Rizwaan will cover up his injury. All I can say is if he comes bak home completely unhurt, it's going to be very tough for him to hide from Preet. So if he hides the injury at first and Preet later finds out she will have numerous questions, for which he might not have a good enough answer. Also Preet knows that one terrorist has been shot in the leg. Even if she doesn't suspect Ishaan as that terrorist, if she mentions that Ishaan is injured in the leg to Shergill later on in the course of normal conversation, It will be a dead give away to Shergill.

So I think the better option would be to tell everyone about his injuries. If he shows them just the one leg injury, it will again send out the wrong signal to Shergill and maybe to Preet too. So I feel faking other injuries would be the best option 😆 also that way we can see rizreet romance. I want their love story to move forward. The Naina nonsense has been too much to deal with.
