A lot are used to my random ramblings and probably expect my usual style on this one but today is different. I am not in the mood to crack sarcastic jokes as am heartsore on many levels.
How many are expecting a Swara bashing post now with outrageous suggestions about how SwaSan should not be a couple? Well, if you are, look away now as you will be disappointed.
I am super angry at Swara- my closest on this Forum know (you know who you are girls đ) how I have vented and let forth steam BUT what I am more upset about than the fact that we have a stupid set of CVs who always sacrifice characterisation for mindless drama, is some of the comments I read. Looks guys, I totally underhand the pain and hurt and please go and voice anger at Swara- she totally deserves it.
However, please let us keep some perspective people! I mean, people are now saying that they want to jump ship, they want my Sanskaar with Ragini and now Swara totally doesn't deserve Sanskaar so Sanskaar should abandon her? Below are just some points I feel I need to voice, merely my 2 cents worth as ever- you might not like them but ah well, I want to express anyway.
1. First and foremost, it doesn't matter whether you feel Swara deserves Sankaar or not. Heck- I actually agree he is too good for her- she has serious limitations as a rather one dimensional and very misguided character but regardless- Sanskaar wants only HER! I had this discussion with Geeta once on one of my FFs. This is like Edward-Bella for any Twillight fans/ followers. The girl was/ is mega irritating, I wanted to bite her myself quite a few times to shut her up but the male (vampire) was so irrevocably in love with her, it didn't matter what you or me thought. His greatest happiness will always be her- exactly SwaSan. If you decide that to punish Swara, she should separate from Sanskaar- guess what guys, you are only asking for Sanskaar to face more unbearable agony so think on that for a moment.
2. Saying you want to stop shipping a couple because you got disappointed in what should have happened on a show is totally pointless. I am a firm believer in we all make choices. Anyone who wants to ship Rag--San - please do so ASAP and please abandon the SwaSan ship. What is your next OTP btw? Swa----- Lak? Great going- go for it. The tittle of my post is very deliberate- the strength of a ship is not tested in calm seas but in terrible storms.
3. Very connected to the above- this is just the beginning guys. If we are so faint hearted that at this sign of trouble in their story before it has actually really begun, we can not take this much MU- this is an indian show and a RS one at that- what the freaking hell do people expect as we go on? Abhi toh bahut kuch jhelna hai guys. See, I am not lecturing- I totally get being hopping mad- I am too- but to talk so negative about your supposed OTP that you spread it all over and ask for immediate separation and the couples to be swapped again is very distasteful to me!
4. People are asking why Swara is different from Laksh? Is this seriously being asked by any SwaSan fan except perhaps in a constructive way, (which a nice person did and I am totally cool with that)? Guys, Swara is NOT yet in love with Sanskaar except sub-consciously. It's our phooti kismet that we have the most incredible hero and the dumbest heroine in a way, but that is again the common Bahu syndrome in each indian TV show. Swara is the girl who still wants to play Swaragini with her psycho sister after 2 murder attempts by the same pyaari sweet behena that the CVs have now decided to make look like a victim- gah! But Laksh and Swara loved each other (extent and intensity debatable), they were getting married and the breakdown of trust was about Swara's very character and actual morals. Much more fundamental than Swara thinking Sanskaar could have done a kidnap, as he has in the past and even this time said he feels it justified. Is she wrong? Totally- even an epic fail as a friend let alone wife or lover BUT she is not there yet with Sanskaar and comparing the previous relation to this is too contextually different for me. When it was about the fake molestation charge, Swara did not doubt Sanskaar even for one second, but this time it is a totally different scenario and no matter how wrong she is, we cannot compare IMO.
5. In conclusion, I just want to remind everyone who professes to be a Sanskaar fan- what did he say today? He will be there, period. I want Sanskaar to give Swara big time attitude and I loved him turning his face away from her today and I'll personally hound the CVs on twitter to request multiple BJKTs for Devi ji once she gets much deserved egg on her face. But for me, my hero is in this for the long run and I am too!
My ship runs true and strong and I am Team SwaSan always. I love both SwaSan, faults and all. I have always been more pro-Sanskaar but that doesn't
mean I don't love Swara too and ultimately, it is SwaSan- one not without the other! t know many who are too so we will be sailing, either you sail with us or we wave at each other from the decks:) Whichever way, please try and keep positive and not be too disheartened, who know what twist tomorrow will bring (well one we already know!) but I mean re Swara and how she reacts and how it may again affect our SwaSan.
