Can someone tell me wat song is it for kasturi and raunak plZ !

the original song is 'yeh honsla' n im not 2sure bt i think its from the movie dor, released 2006...correct me if im wrong plz...but in kasturi they've changed the lyrics around, like they do in serials...' rishte, barose, chaahat, yakeen' is not in the original song, but its a lovely song still 😊
