What did Survi do that Karthik thinks she has betrayed him? I haven't watched in a couple months.

She promised tai that she will go away frm Kartik's lyf if Tai breaks Kartik-Vishakha's engagement.
Also, Kartik thinks survi tried to kill Lata
I hope i m right, coz even i couldn't watch some epis coz of my exams😆
