Changing Relations Chapter-4

Struck by the lightening

The tensed atmosphere continued to prevail.The whole night Pragya had been constantly monitoring Tauji and Rachna. The next morning Tauji regained consciousness,Rachna was starting to respond very mildly. Pragya was fast asleep when Siddarth entered the room. Pragya was about to fall down in her sleep when Sid supported by sitting near her and Pragya cuddled into him much to Abhi's jealousy.

Pragya was feeling drained out when one of the doctors checking Tauji called her

Doc-" Pragya ..You are Pragya Arora aren't you? The accident case of hit and run 2004.."

Pragya looked up and before she could reply..all of the Mehra family looked up..

Doc-" Are you taking your medicines? You cannot forgo it even for a day..It will affect you very badly."

The doctors left dropping a bomb.. Pragya looked nothing less then a deer caught in a hunter's net.

Aliyah-" Babhi what is going on?"

Pragya-" I..I need to go" Akash blocked her way and so did Indu Dassi...

Abhi-" Pragya what is going on?"

Pragya-" No..nothing you should know about.."

Abhi-" Pragya what are you hiding from us?"

Pragya was fighting the blackness threatening to take over her senses for a very long time now...However she lost this time and she felt everything go black...Sid caught her before she hit the floor and to his horror .Sid noticed blood coming out of her nose and panicked. He immediately lifted her in his arms and shouted..

Sid-" Doctor..."

The Mehra members watched as doctors rushed with many tubes and wires and inserting it in Pragya's body.

The Arora's rushed into the hospital after Ashu's call.Sarla rushed to the place where Abhi's dadi sat and was about to ask her when doctor came out..

Aliyah and Akash looked shocked as Dr. Siddarth Saxena aka Sid came out.

Purvi-" Ma dekho Sid is here, He will save our Pragya di..."

Sarla-" Sid is Pragya okay?"

Sid-" Ma ..she is very serious... She needs to be operated in 6 hours otherwise we could loose her..."

"No.." Someone gasped and all turned to see Bulbul and Purab...

Bulbul rushed to Siddarth and begged-" Save her Bhai please..."

" Nothing will happen to her" someone said calmly and all turned to see a man standing in a business attire...

Bulbul-" Dad..." a whisper which the Mehra's were not sure if they heard it...
