1) She drew an incomplete sketch of the 3rd person probably because thats all she could see or remember from the photo captured in her mother's eyes. Lets not forget, when all this happened, shivanya was a kid so her memories wont be so accurate.

2) Shivanya's dialogue about "the entire family has to suffer" can be interpreted in two indifferent ways. Shivanya lied to scare Tanvi, which im guessing worked because after that she ran away.

The main thing is, why they are giving hint of so many people...every time and every place different...be it in episode or in eyes or in rough sketch...I think this is all just to create confusion😆😆

I remember when the camera zooms into her mothers eyes when she died, the 3rd photo wasnt clear you could only see the silhouette but the 4th person was not visible at all. Its not like shivanya witnessed the whole incident, she was after all in the hiding. She remembers whatever was captured in her mothers eyes.

According to the pandit, tanvi's kundli was supposed to save ritik from markeash dosh that he had if they were married before 12.. This is why shivanya hid that part from tanvi, and instead told her about sarp daans ..
