No, Natasha did not give her Kidney to Samay neither she is pregnant perharps Gauri is.

no one knows i think as far as i remmber family will know first and later samay will take a walk in the hospital where he will see natasha on the bed(i guess) and doctor telling her to take complete rest as she is moving n taking care of her hubby right next day of operation.. so this is how samay will let know abt natasha donated her kidney to him
