Hi Guys,
So, I am disappointed that today's episode was only 20 mins. I know, I know I should have known better. 😃
Without much delay, here is my today's take five:
1) Janak and Sunaina's restraint: They just had a divine experience. They held a beautiful child in their arms, soaking in the unexpected, yet welcoming rain. The joy of finding that beautiful girl in the field and the happiness of witnessing all of their problems melt away in the downpour warred inside them for dominance. Their eyes held a beginning of new, unknown love, that of a child. Their arms were open in the hope of keeping the girl in their heart and home forever. And Yet, they restrained. They did not want to grab this gift from someone else.
2) Janaki's Janak: A father wants to be known and be identified by his daughter's name. Who cares about the world and their sons? They can have their stupid believes and customs in their courtyard. But Mithila will be known for its daughter. A father has decided.
3) Sisters are fun: They are friends and confidantes for life. They play together, fight together, forget the stage cues, entrances and dialogues together, run around the palace spreading love and charm.
4) Brother in arms: Who better than brothers to make sure you face your fear? Who better than a brother to keep you safe always? They in this together...all the way...
5) Parents of Sons vs Parents of daughters: What contrast! What a difference in the approach! Who is poor and Who is richer?
