Suyyash was trying to be a nice & fair captain. He discussed with Mandana about her preferred options for doing house chores and allotted her duty with mutual consent. Kishwer does not like this as she wanted him to impose any duty on Mandana as per his own choice and then force her to do it. She showed her displeasure but he kept his stand. For the first time I saw him disobeying Kishwer and doing something that he believes is right thing to do. And this made me think that a big reason of his negative image is Kishwer, otherwise he seems to be quite sensible person.
On the other hand Prince is the one who not only obeys all the orders of Kishwer blindly but also takes those to some other level.
