According to me, her beauty in movie in in par with Bhartajya heroines. (Thank you. You don't need to show that airport photo. To me, it shows her dusky complexion and tired eyes and her attitude to show it off. It looks much more beautiful and natural than the photo of most beautiful celebrity with tonnes of make up, wannabe white in Cannes).

She is not good in dance. Fine. It was only Madhuri amongst Bhartajya heroines, who was a good dancer.

She is not good in acting. Agreed. But there have been male and female superstars, who are not good actors.

What she lacks is luck. She gets the projects which everybody envies, but they end up being worst projects of that director. Sawariya was one, don't know the fate of PRDP. One cannot say, she is responsible for the failure. If Deepika acted in Sawariya, Sonam acted in OSO, would it have changed film fate? No. Then why blame Sonam alone?

Instead of choosing prestigious projects or home productions which centre around her character, Sonam needs to develop script sense and should learn to respect any new comer, be it an actor or a director. Ranjhaana was the movie which got her out of her flops and gave her a new image. But according to blinds she mocked Dhanush at his back, saying even her car driver looks better than him. Is this the respect you give for a national award winning actor? Mocking somebody's looks, someone's accent will not make her great. Her hard work will.

It's not luck. Too many chances given but atrocious results all the time. Her own input isn't never there.

Do you think, Katrina's movies with Akki got hit because of her dance? I felt, Katrina was plainlucky. Sonam is not. Sonam tried to cover it up by saying, "it needs a little bit of shamelessness". Grapes are sour.

She might be lucky just like sonam getting films after films is based on dad's name n luck.

Kat actually dances well. Sonam can't even do that. Kat is sexy too, sonam is girl next door or fashionista at best

Fact is both got films after films because of connection. Kat could be sexy or dance well. But they did not make the film hit (say like Maduri's Dhak Dhak). Sonam's dialogue delivery might be bad. Katrina could not even speak Hindi in the beginning. I still feel, she was just lucky.

I feel Katrina's plus points over Sonam were (I don't consider her prettier over Sonam);

1) She chose the appropriate roles (flowerpot roles over the ones which demanded acting, which she was not good at)

2) She was hard working

3) She did not open her mouth unnecessarily.

@bold- It would the give the same amount of restless nights which Bebo in BB, Jaq in Kick or any of Salman's flowerpot heroines gave, which is none 😆 Hit is because of Sallu, not Sonam! From that logic Anupam Kher should be giving restless nights to people too 😆

Yeah 8years and zilch career growth as an actor. Kat is better at Hindi now. Is more articulate. And she has had hits with item numbers. Probably kept her relevant Even tho her acting isn't great.

Sonam pales in front of everyone. She looks only pretty. But so does a mannequin.
