1. Hrithik mustache is sloping downwards whereas Ranveer's upwards

2. Cleavage

3. Hats Vs no hats

4. In the first both are looking in same direction whereas second in different.

Both films are set in around the same time period..

Bajirao was General,when Mughals were declining..after Aurangzeb,I think..

similarities

1. Both of them were great warriors and took advantage of fragmented India

2. Same look for military technology.

3. Too much jewellery

Differences.

1. Both pairs of opposite religion in the movie.

2. Mastani dressed in pastels and Ash in strong colours

3. Akbar looks like a model whereas Ranveer looks like a king.
