Iqbal himself is a Muslim so that he followed the correct way of Namaz.
But when Bilal read namaz, he didn't recite the Salam at the end & got up.
And yeah..about Azan..it's wrong. We offered Namaz after Azan..not during Azan.
They should take care of these mistakes.
About Sharara, actually in old times most of the Muslims used to wear sharara. There was a tradition. That's why may be it was shown😛
But actual matter is that sharara has nothing to do with Islam or Muslims.😛

I respect your desire for accuracy in the prayer scenes but let's be very clear that ekta kapoor n balaji are very poor at this - yes they are mis representing - but because balaji does it all the time!
When they've portrayed mahrastrans they mix it up with Punjabi culture or Bengali with marathi - balaji is just poor at research and adopting intricate cultural details accuratly.

So my point is - don't take offence! The show equal opportunity when misrepresenting cultures!

I don't mean to offend anyone but I needed to get this off my chest and this is quite apt a post for me to pour out my feelings. I'd like to say thanks in advance to everyone who listened to me.
It's frustrating for me to know that the whole of Muslim culture is shown in the bad light. I'm a Hindu girl and my best friend in this whole wide world is a Muslim. Examples of inter religion friendship is not shown anywhere. What's being monopolized is the conflicts and hatred. Why can't the good be shown instead of all the bad this intercultural learning is so uniquely important for me. It's helped me to be broad minded and accepting. This is what a beautiful bond I developed with the Muslim culture. Can someone showcase happiness instead of the stereotypical conflicted environment please ??

I've learnt to see a person behind the religion and sometimes the hijab and religious clothing. And even though I don't know half of the Muslim guys and girls of this forum I want to say a big hearted thank you to you and also show how in awe I am knowing how pure your hearts are.

If you're from across the border from India know that I have and will always be Intrigued by the Muslim culture.

Thank You ❤️ To all the beautiful kind souls who've made me such a soft hearted person.

Love

The post hit way close to home extremely close to reality. I suddenly missed my best friend. My eyes are misted with unshed tears because I know someday with the way things are going in the world my friendship may go through a lot of hardships and I'm not ready to be vulnerable like that. I don't want religion and stuff to hamper the little world I created with friends of all religions.

I should probably talk about the show too but my emotions are at the rawest and most vulnerable point in the moment.
Sorry if I'm rambling.

Lekha.
