Yes...it should be...in recent times the beauty contest judge beauty based on external appearance rather than other qualities..all beauty contest participants are slim...y cant they be fat?even that's a beauty...
above all those who participate in it enter it for fame..only a few beauty contest winner dedicate their entire life for kids,their welfare..
Beauty contests are fine, perhaps they may want to make it clear as to how much of the flesh should be revealed. It is also an avenue for some ladies to get an opportunity in becoming models and film stars.
These days they want beauty with some brains too !

I would say let it stay but we can draw lines and make some rules. In some countries they ban the ladies from appearing in swim suits.
