After Don in 2006 and Don 2 in 2011, director Farhan Akhtar and producer Ritesh Sidhwani are gearing up for the third installment of the hit franchise. The film in its last two parts featured Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra, however since a couple of days stories doing the rounds suggested that Katrina Kaif is under consideration to step into the shoes of Priyanka Chopra.
While this being the case, both Farhan and Ritesh have rubbished the reports calling them mere rumours. Farhan took to the micro-blogging website Twitter and announced - "Dear #Don fans, please do not react to rumours regarding the sequel. As & when the time comes, you'll hear the truth from me."
Even Riteish took to micro blogging and wrote -"Much speculation on #Don3 & it's Casting. No thoughts of changing it's casting.. Working towards developing the script. Will keep u posted. Luv (sic)"
Now a source mentions that the casting of Don 3 will be very much similar to Don and Don 2. "If Don 3 happenes it will happen only with Priyanka Chopra (as the female lead)."
The actress as jungli billi' set the temperatures rising in both the installments, we hope she does something similar in this one too.
