thanks for the update .. as everyone said that something bad can be sensed.. and my guess is saloni can go into comma (something like nandini in ksbkbt) as they cant kill her and they can make nahar marry to vrinda.

I think that maybe this Saloni storyline with her sickness, it can be something like when Rimjhim was sick with cancer in Piya Ka Ghar.
