Every movie gets promoted by PR companies. Stars have individual PR and movies have individual PR chosen by producer. sometimes co incdentally same PR company handle both sometimes different. PR job is to promote to make the movie successful this jodi affair type khabrein create accha khasa publicity for movie so after movie the news die down. PR company moves to their other unreleased movies. All Alia movies do this thing all her movies producer was KJO so its a common thing his movie PR does is liye we see so much affair news of Alia before her movies.
